Custom orders are at the heart of Freya's Fire - it's even in our name!  We have so much demand for custom pieces that it's been difficult to keep up with the orders while still being able to dedicate time to keep our inventory stocked with exciting new ready-to-ship pieces.

In order to provide the best experience for as many of our wonderful customers as possible, we are introducing the Freya's Fire Custom Order Waitlist! We will have a limited number of custom order slots per month which will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Fill out the Custom Order Form.

    • Notes on Desired Wrap Style:​

      • Simple: Three to four wires are used to create a delicate look that highlights the stone's natural features.​

      • Intricate: This style features a woven frame with light artistic notes.

      • Premium: With high intricacy and great detail, this style can also incorporate secondary stones.

      • Artist's Choice: Based on wire color choice and budget range, we will create a piece that caters to the stone's natural features while combining Freya's Fire artistic flare.

  2. We will follow up with you within 1-2 business days via email to discuss the preliminary details of your request and give you an unofficial estimate for when you can expect your piece to be completed and shipped to you.

  3. We will provide you with a formal quote which will include an estimated timeline and total price.  Payment of your deposit will lock in your ship date.

  4. We will keep you up to date on the progress of your custom order from start to finish, including photos of your product before it is shipped out.
